Why should you do it?

  • Variety helps you grow - never let you body get used to the same workouts. Challenge yourself at least once every 2 weeks.
  • More than 10 different exercises - you won't get bored and you'll shake up every muscle in your body.
  • Test yourself - If you can't make it to the end, keep training and try again next month.

How to do it?

The Alpha challenge starts with the letter A (check the image below). By following the alphabet you move on doing each prescribed exercise until you are exhausted. Comment below with the letter of the last exercises you completed.

Rest - You can rest a little between reps or exercises. But keep going as soon as you are able to continue with good form.
