Dejan Stipke Stipic is a street workout raising star from Serbia. There's no surprise that Dejan is just stacking competition achievements since he really does wonders on barz. However, as we all know, success does not come easy, Dejan works hard to meet his goals. So how does he do it?

Do you train every day?

I do train everyday, I rest only when I feel like I need it.

What competition achievement are you most proud of so far?

I'm proud of all of my competition achievements, 2 World Cup finals and the World Championship top 10 finalist and many more.

What are you currently working on in terms of your own goals when it comes to your calisthenic training?

I'm just working on my new workout plan, trying to take my calisthenics to a whole new level with reps and sets, also with my physique.

What are you doing in Dubai?

I'm doing personal training, workshops, shows with Against Graviti, so who is from Dubai can freely join in!

What does your nutrition consist of? How do you deal with unhealthy cravings?

I don't have a great or special diet, I eat what i want and when I want. I do eat clean but I do a cheat meal almost everyday. Flexible dieting rocks!

Have you ever felt like quitting? What motivated you to keep going?

I felt like quitting a few times in the past years but that doesn't last long. I know this is my calling and i don't want an average 9-5 job that I will hate. So I'm doing everything in my power to keep doing my thing.
